Under the last Conservative government, King’s Lynn was awarded £20 million as part of the Long Term Plan for Towns funding to be invested over the next ten years.

A new consultation has launched to get local people’s ideas on how this money should be spent locally.

The feedback gathered in the consultation will help shape the investment plan covering areas such as safety and security; high streets, heritage, and regeneration, and transport and connectivity.

You can complete the consultation online here: https://online.west-norfolk.gov.uk/long_term_plan__for_towns/sncic_2024_long_term_plan__for_towns_survey.htm or submit a paper copy which can be collected, completed and returned to one of the following local places:

  • Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk offices
  • The Place
  • St George’s Guildhall
  • King’s Lynn Corn Exchange
  • Freebridge Community Housing
  • Alive Lynnsport
  • King’s Lynn Library
  • Gaywood Library

In addition to the consultation, you are also able to have your say at a range of feedback sessions, details for all of these sessions can be found here: https://www.visionkingslynn.co.uk/have-your-say/.

The consultation closes on the 1st August.
