James Wild MP is encouraging local residents to attend a series of public events this June and July to view the latest designs for the new Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in King’s Lynn.

Organised by the New QEH team, these sessions will showcase updated visuals of the hospital and explain how it will deliver modern, high-quality healthcare for West Norfolk. Designed by architects BDP, the hospital follows the Government’s Hospital 2.0 model and has been developed with extensive input from staff, patients, and clinicians.

Since being elected, James been campaigning for a new QEH repeatedly in Parliament, and working closely with NHS leaders and with strong local support. He continues to ensure local voices remain central as the project progresses and is encouraging constituents to get involved in these upcoming events.

Events will begin at 5.45pm, with presentations starting at 6pm:

  • Tuesday 10 June – Hunstanton Town Hall
  • Thursday 12 June – King’s Lynn Town Hall
  • Monday 16 June – Virtual event
  • Wednesday 18 June – Swaffham Assembly Rooms
  • Wednesday 25 June – South Wootton Village Hall
  • Wednesday 16 July – Marshland St James Village Hall
