Community organisations across West Norfolk to apply for a new round of grant funding, with £115,000 now available to support local projects.
The funding, provided by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, is open to charities, voluntary and community groups, social enterprises and community interest companies.
Grants of up to £2,500 are available for running costs, while capital grants of up to £10,000 can support equipment, building improvements and refurbishment projects. A further £50,000 has been set aside for projects in rural and coastal communities.
James said:
“I’ve seen how funding has helped groups realise their projects. It’s vital that we support organisations that bring our communities together and I would strongly encourage local groups to apply.”
Applications are open until 31 August 2026, with successful bids to be announced following a review panel in October.
