James Wild MP is highlighting a new £500,000 Community Projects Fund from the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, offering grants of up to £25,000 for projects that benefit local communities.
The scheme can support improvements to community buildings, play areas and sports facilities, as well as projects focused on green spaces and environmental sustainability, health and wellbeing, community safety and digital or infrastructure improvements.
Revenue grants of up to £5,000 are available, while capital grants of up to £25,000 can support larger projects.
Applications can only be made with the endorsement of a Borough Councillor. Depending on demand, a second round of funding is planned for spring 2027.
The scheme complements the Borough Council’s Small Grants Scheme, which opened earlier this month.
