Nominations have opened for Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn’s annual Team QEH Awards, with patients and members of the public invited to recognise the staff and teams who have delivered outstanding care ahead of the ceremony on 6 October.
The awards celebrate the compassion, dedication and professionalism shown across the hospital, with 13 categories including Clinical Team of the Year, Unsung Hero, Kindness Award and the John Voaden Volunteer of the Year.
James Wild MP commenting on the awards:
“QEH staff work hard and under real pressure to deliver the best care for patients and families. These awards rightly give people the chance to thank staff who go above and beyond for our community. I’d like to urge everyone to make a nomination and show support for staff at QEH”
The ceremony will also recognise support staff and services that work behind the scenes to help deliver care for patients. Nominations close on 6 June, and winners will be selected by a panel of judges.
